THE DOCTOR

Dr. Jonathon Via DC was born in Spokane and moved to Pullman when he was four years old. A "twelve year survivor" of Pullman School District, he attended Jefferson and Lincoln before lettering in Golf at PHS. Dr. Jonathon attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia (just outside of Atlanta) where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. While at Life he was very active; he was appointed to the Presidential Leadership Institute and won a scholarship from the Federation of Straight Chiropractors and Organizations, as well as serving as the President of the PhilosoPHY Club and as secretary, vice-president and President of Delta Sigma Chi, the oldest and largest professional chiropractic fraternity.

Jonathon is married to another Pullman native, Laura Emerson, and they welcomed their daughter Tallulah Grace in August 2010. They have recently moved back to Pullman and opened practice, after a six-year absence to complete schooling. Via Family Chiropractic specializes in optimizing health and performance for all members of the family by correcting misalignments in the bones of the spine which put pressure on the nerves and inhibit the function of the body. He knows that each individual will function better in all aspects of their life when their nervous system is fully functioning and free of interference and that the more people in our community are functioning on that level, the healthier and more functional our community will be. Dr. Jonathon would be honored to evaluate your spine, and those of your family members, to locate and correct any misalignments present, and to maximize and unlock your body's own healing power.

Laura Emerson Via graduated from Life University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Named every quarter to the Dean's List, she graduated Summa Cum Laude as the valedictorian, earning a perfect 4.0 in her college career. Laura is a Registered and Certified Dietitian. She is currently not actively providing nutritional counseling and education, instead focusing on office operations at Via Family Chiropractic and caring for her and Dr. Jonathon's daughter, Tallulah Grace.
